Due to the Village’s popularity, submitting an application in advance can help secure your place on the waiting list and ensure you are considered when a suitable unit becomes available.
Waiting
List
Loxton Retirement Village operates a waiting list due to ongoing demand.
Applications are managed in order of receipt.
When applying, you will be asked to nominate your preferred Court(s).
If you indicate specific preferences, you will only be offered units within those areas.
If you indicate no preference, you may increase your opportunity to receive an offer.
When a unit becomes available that matches your preferences, you will be contacted with an offer.
There is no obligation to accept an offer if you are not ready to move. Declining an offer will not affect your position on the waiting list.
You may amend your preferences at any time by contacting the Administration Officer.
Application for
Residency
Applications for residency can be submitted in one of the following ways:
Online Application
Complete the online application form. Your submission will be directed to Council and acknowledged upon receipt.

Alternatively, you may download a hardcopy application form and return it in person to the Loxton Council Office during business hours.
